Scott Fagner started his career working for Craig Welding of Mentone, Indiana. He studied at Grace College, learned structural welding at Ivy Tech, and also served in the Indiana National Guard. Scott worked for Two Guys Mechanical under the previous owners for over 20 years prior to becoming owner in 2015.
